Karen Dunn is the Co-Founder & Vice President of Enroll UR Benefits. Prior to Enroll UR Benefits Karen started her insurance carrier in 1995 working for the Principal Financial Group as a claim's specialist. After three years of achieving company expectations and climbing the ladder to upper management Karen had bigger aspirations. She received multiple awards and accolades from her time with the company. Fast forward to 1998 she took an all-commission job selling worksite benefits with a successful agency as a benefits enrollment specialist. She still can remember the tears as she made her first big commission check that came with the ability to feed her family without worry. She quicky rose up to the occasion and soon had her own agency and in 2001 she founded United Benefit Concepts. She specialized in supplemental benefits and enrollment solutions for companies and brokers. She built a team of about 30 agents and has been a recipient of multiple awards with Colonial Life to include Gold Pacesetter awards, Leadership Development awards, Presidents Club, Large office of the year, and many more. Karens love and ability to serve others has made her a huge asset to the industry, while having the strength of the old school mindset Karen had the foresight to look years ahead and predict the need for new solutions to the marketplace. This idea and mission were a huge asset while launching Enroll UR Benefits in 2014. While always remaining humble she has always put her clients, employees and people above self interests.
