Since then, the dream of expanding our capabilities and reach led to heavy investments in technology and compliance resources that serve American workers and business owners efficiently.

Our Team
Chris Tyler
Co-Founder and President
Since the age of 19, when he set out to attend college in San Antonio, Texas, Chris was encouraged by his mother to focus on a career instead of landing a job. He got his license and joined his mother’s insurance agency and started offering worksite benefits to the under 50 employee market.
After his first year in the industry, he was awarded the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award representing a carrier with 8000+ agents. As a benefits consultant, Chris helps clients with short and long-term benefits planning and package development.
Karen Dunn
Co-Founder and Vice President
Karen has been a part of the insurance industry for over 30 years, starting out as a claim’s specialist. She left the claims world and started with a worksite benefits company as a 1099 contractor.
In 1999, Karen launched her voluntary benefits agency and had a team of 15 agents working with her. She rebranded in 2003 to specialize in offering worksite benefits, enrollment fulfillment and education.
In 2013, Karen partnered with her son to launch Enroll UR Benefits in the wake of the Affordable Care Act. Her foresight and experience helped her foretell the changes in the industry and plan accordingly. Her plan to invest in the technology and employee benefits space helped them focus on compliance and employee fulfillment, which made them one of the leading benefits administration companies in Texas.
Karen enjoys serving her clients, taking long weekend trips, and seeing the world. She is driven by her core beliefs with the motto “principals before passion”.
Kris Stamatis
Kris started his journey in the insurance industry in 2015. Licensed in life and health and property and casualty, his 20 year's experience in the hospitality industry spurred his tenacity and dedication and launched him into success. His movement into Benefits Administration with voluntary benefits ignited his passion for helping people.
Kris is a multi-time National and Territory award-winning Agency Development Manager for Colonial Life. Thriving in recruiting, training, prospecting and leading agents, he enhanced his career by specializing in opening doors, building relationships and earning a trusted partnership with his clients. Kris is an expert at enrollment services, employer retention, and working with groups of 10-1000+ employees.
Kris enjoys spending time with his family, time outdoors, and travelling.
Amarilis Csikortos
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Amarilis started her insurance career in New York. During this time, she received Major Insurance Carrier awards depicting her commitment to providing exceptional service.
In 2016, after she relocated to Texas, she joined Enroll UR Benefits - contributing to building a solid foundation and structure for our communication and dedication to our clients.
Amarilis can be found enjoying the company of her husband of 40 years, children, and grandchildren. She is grateful for her successes and dedicates them religiously in her place of worship.
Robyn Sanders
Robyn is our leading benefits advisor. With a passion for the insurance industry, she applies her personalized service to benefits communication and enrollment services. Her goal is to help companies and brokers navigate the challenges of the industry with a ‘solution-first’ approach to problems.
In her spare time, Robyn, a wife, mother, and grandmother, hangs out with her family, friends, and dog or at TJ Maxx, shopping for great deals.
